Which is Best? Disinfectant Fogger Rental or Purchase?
You can rent / lease the HDC-19 disinfector or buy it straight away.
The desinfector fights pathogens with a special nano-nebulization technology. The disinfectant is sprayed by the HDC-19 as a fine mist and therefore reaches areas that are out of reach of sprays, cloths and UV light.
The system uses the oxidizing power of hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is stabilized and strengthened with silver ions. The result is a cold mist for disinfection, which can destroy a wide range of harmful microorganisms. Pathogenic bacteria, viruses, yeasts, spores, fungi and protozoa can be verifiably completely removed by this method.
If you purchase the device, you pay the purchase price once and the device is yours forever.
For tax purposes you will book the device as a fixed asset and depreciate it over 7 years.
If you rent or lease the desinfector, you pay a small monthly instalment for 2 or 3 years depending on the contract and you can use the device for the duration of the leasing period.
For tax purposes, you can immediately deduct the leasing instalments in full.
At the end of the leasing period – after 2 or 3 years – you have these options:
- You can return the HDC-19.
- You extend the contract and continue to use the device.
- You can buy the HDC-19 according to its current market value.
- You can arrange a follow-up contract for a new model of the HDC.
Purchase and Rental Options for the HDC-19
When renting, there is a fundamental difference between renting permanently or renting only once for a short time.
- If you want to use a device permanently, the leasing contract is the best choice. The monthly rate is less than you would spend for 4 or 5 hours of work of a cleaning lady with additional salary costs. You can use the HDC-19 every day (and every night) of the month as often as necessary!
- We also plan to offer the possibility to rent our cold foggers for a short time, e.g. for one week. The exact time for this option is not yet decided.
